Federal Bank has opened a representative office at Abu Dhabi marking its first International overseas branch operation. Federal Bank which got an approval of RBI last year for opening its representative office is aiming a pie of NRIs and other customers from the Middle East.
As per the bank, it has associated itself with 23 exchange houses and eight lenders in the Gulf to offer Rupee Draft drawing and tele-remittance arrangements.
